Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

-We accept all returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

-The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs except in the case where the return is due to factory defect.
We’ll offer a full refund on both the product and on shipping costs only in the case of a factory defect. Our team will inspect the item upon receipt and will refund your money to you after we are satisfied that it meets the criteria.

-If you are returning your item for other reasons such as buyers remorse or change of opinion then the item must be in new unopened condition and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

-Due to the nature of the following items, they can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Perishable products (like food and incense resins)
  • Bathing Suits or underwears and other clothing of that nature.
  • Digital downloads

-Buyers are responsible for return postage costs accept in the case of factory defects. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
